“Environmental Theater Brigade” trashes wasteful habits in street performance
The Environmental Theater Brigade, or E.T.B., took to the streets Monday to educate students on curbing waste and protecting the environment.
The group is made up of Ohio University students who want to spread the word about preventing unnecessary waste.
E.T.B. Director Sierra Nagay said Monday’s event, which took place in uptown Athens and the cafeteria of Baker University Center, was one of several performances scheduled for winter quarter.
Nagay started the group last fall with the help of an $800 grant from the OU Provost’s Undergraduate Research Fund. E.T.B. has about 10 members.
