WASHINGTON – Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Lisa Jackson said Monday that the agency will continue its review of mountaintop removal mining permits to protect waterways.
Speaking to the National Press Club, Jackson said the ongoing review of the permits will be an EPA priority in 2010.
